Who are you?We are two friends and dads who decided to start Jump Up Bounce Rentals LLC as a great way to connect with and serve our community. We're all about people and fun and hope to bring loads of smiles and joy to all of our customers. As a locally-owned business, we'll treat you like family and go the extra mile to make your bounce rental memorable in the best of ways!

What types of events do you service?Everything! Our units are the perfect addition to any party, gathering, school event, company picnic, church festival, special celebration, or simply for some extra fun in the backyard!

Where can your inflatables be set up?Our equipment can be set up on grass, concrete, cement, asphalt, or in large enough indoor spaces (no gravel). Regardless of location, we are careful to secure and anchor each unit accordingly. Please consider a power source (we provide up to 100 feet of extension cord) and the appropriate amount of space for your selected unit. When making your reservation, please let us know what kind of terrain your inflatable will be installed on.

Do you allow water use on your inflatables?We have specific inflatables that can be used with water for an additional fee (clearly marked on our inventory list). Under no circumstances should water be used on inflatables that are not created for such use.

Are your units clean?All of our units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each and every use. We commit to the cleanliness and safety of each of our units and only deliver bounce rentals that we would trust for our own children to enjoy.

What if the weather is bad?We understand that sometimes Indiana weather can really rain (literally) on your parade. In the event of a bad weather forecast prior to your rental, we realize you may need to change your plans and will be happy to work with you on an individual basis. In the event of bad weather or high winds during your rental, we ask that you please deflate the unit until conditions are safe to get jumping once again.

Who sets up the inflatables?Professional delivery/setup and pickup/teardown is included (and required) in the price of each rental quote as our team is trained and equipped to ensure the proper safety of each unit. Plus, those things are heavy to roll and move around...leave the rolling and lifting to us! After we deliver and set up, a responsible adult must supervise and enforce all equipment rules for the duration of the rental. The renter assumes responsibility and liability for the safety of all participants and the proper care of the equipment.

What's the cost of delivery?We offer completely free delivery and pickup for any rental within 15 miles of our location in Upland, Indiana (Marion, Gas City, Jonesboro, Fairmount, Van Buren, Matthews, Hartford City, etc.). We are also happy to service surrounding communities, including (but not limited to) Muncie, Anderson, Kokomo, Noblesville, Huntington, Wabash, and the southern area of Fort Wayne. We do charge a delivery fee of $5/mile (one-way) for anything beyond 15 miles from our location. For example, if you live 25 miles from our address in Upland, the first 15 miles are free and the remaining 10 will be multiplied by $5 for a delivery fee of $50 total (this includes both delivery and pickup). Please remember that we are making two roundtrips to your location and fuel is a major expense...thanks for your understanding!

How long is a rental period?All of our rentals include a standard 8 hours of use (excluding time for setup and teardown). We will coordinate drop-off and pick-up times after a reservation is made. For overnight and weekend rental periods, we are happy to offer discounted rates listed on our inventory page.

How soon should I make my reservation?Bounce rentals are very popular and in high demand and can be booked weeks (and sometimes months) in advance. To ensure your preferred unit and date, please make your reservation as soon as possible. We also do our best to help with last minute requests based on available inventory, but there is a $30 surcharge for rentals scheduled within 48 hours of an event.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?We require a 20% security deposit on your equipment rental (applied to your total payment). You may cancel your reservation, but the security deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 3 days prior to your reservation, we will apply your security deposit to a new day within the same calendar year. Any cancellations made within 2 days of your rental date are non-refundable and non-transferrable. In the event we have to cancel your rental due to weather (we will communicate with you directly), we will be happy to coordinate a new rental date or will issue you a complete refund. Once the rental is out for delivery, you are responsible for payment in full.

Do you have insurance?Yes, Jump Up Bounce Rentals LLC is fully licensed and insured to lawfully conduct business in the state of Indiana.
